Abstract


Jining City Surface Water Environment pollution is a growing problem, important constraints on the regional economic and social development. Water environmental protection function zoning for the governance of the water environment, the rational utilization of water resources based applications work. Starting from the point of view of practical application, to collect a large number of monitoring data, the use of the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation method, the preliminary study of the surface water protection function zoning, Jining City, Jining City, the comprehensive management of surface water environment and the management of water resources use to provide a scientific basis. In this study consists of four parts. 1. Jining City Surface Water Environment Assessment for surface water protection function zoning, must be clear from the analysis of the environmental situation of the surface water. This article first major surface water bodies of Jining City in water quality assessment, evaluation results show that the rivers of Jining City in showed varying degrees of organic pollution, for the ordinary chemical oxygen consumption (of COD Cr ) and The excessive amount of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD 5 ). 45.45% of the monitoring sections of dissolved oxygen in the statistics of the 76 monitoring sections DO excessive exceeded the value of 85.71% of the monitoring sections biochemical oxygen demand (BOD 5 ), 44.4% of the monitoring sections permanganate the index exceeded, exceeded 100% of the monitoring sections of chemical oxygen demand (COD Cr ), excessive ammonia content monitoring sections of 25.76%, 23.73% of the monitoring sections excessive levels of nitrite, nitrate content in addition to the Si the excessive river ditch and Dan Qiaonan other were not excessive. By calculating the water environmental capacity to determine the total amount of emissions allowed in the water unit, and thus can determine the maximum permitted discharge amount of the various sources of pollution in certain objective conditions in this study, which is the most practical value at. Calculating the water environmental capacity and concentration field simulation corresponds by the concentration field simulation proved basically in line with the actual situation of water quality model to calculate the maximum allowable amount of sewage, to determine the pollutant reduction programs.
