Abstract


Objective islet β cell dysfunction is type 2 diabetes is one of the important aspects . In clinical practice, found that type 2 diabetes have significant familial aggregation, which were offspring of time than those without family history of diabetes is earlier , and pancreatic failure and rapid , in vitro experiments showed that inflammatory cytokine -mediated islet β cell damage. Inferred diabetic offspring islet β cell failure causes a rapid inflammatory cytokines may play an important role. In this study, by observing a family history of diabetes (H), no family history (H-) and non-diabetic patients with newly diagnosed diabetes and pancreatic inflammatory cytokines alter early secretory function of the change , to understand the family history of diabetes in newly diagnosed diabetic and non- inflammatory factor level and its impact on early secretory function of islets for diabetes prevention and treatment provide a theoretical basis . Methods Qingdao Han have a family history of type 2 diabetes, 25 patients with newly diagnosed diabetes (TH group ) , 25 patients with normal blood glucose (NH group ) . No family history of diabetes in newly diagnosed patients with diabetes 25 cases (TH- group ) , 25 cases of normal blood glucose control (NH- group ) . L - arginine stimulation method islet β cells early secretory function , while using double antibody ELISA central Heart serum C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin- 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor ( TNF-α) levels . Insulin resistance index homeostasis model method (ttOMA-IR). Results 1 diabetes, family history of diabetes non- inflammatory factors change and its effect on pancreatic secretion function early : ① NH group, fasting insulin (FINS), arginine stimulation after 2 minutes INS, 4分钟INS, the first phase of net secretion , HOMA-IR was significantly lower than the NH- group (P lt; 0.05-0.01); groups with fasting INS peak value multiples no difference (p gt; 0.05); ② NH group CRP, TNF-α was significantly higher than the NH- group (P lt; 0.05-0.01), IL-6 was no difference in the two groups (p gt; 0.05). (2) family history of diabetes in newly diagnosed diabetics and non-diabetic levels of inflammatory factors : family history of diabetes in newly diagnosed diabetes (TH) group and the NH group of TNF-α and CRP was significantly higher than the NH- group (P lt; 0.05-0.01): TH group, TNF-α, CRP and TL-6 was significantly higher than the NH- group (P (0.05-0.01). 3. newly diagnosed with diabetes and inflammatory cytokine levels in early secretory function of islet effects : ① newly diagnosed diabetes
