Abstract


Currently, food safety is becoming more and more concerned about as the the emergence of food safety issues. Meanwhile, two-dimensional bar code technology plays a more and more important role in the food traceability with the development of logistics information technology and the maturity of two-dimensional bar code technology.Two-dimensional bar code has been under rapid development and application in today’s society because of its large capacity, high reliability, safety, and its store characters of number, text and image information. Based on food safety problems, a food safety traceability system using two-dimensional bar code features and QRcode as a carrier is put forward, which is great useful for resolving the food safety problems.According to the characteristics of QRcode, the QRcode coding, image processing, decoding is introduced. The research status of food safety traceability is described. The construction of food traceability system and the functional objectives are defined by the comparison of kinds of traceability code and database technology. The specific models and methods of food safety traceability system are set up in the paper,Finally, a safety food traceability system based on a fruit example is described and the model design used QRcode is introduced. The reliability of fruit safety traceability is ensured by the instant data entry from the stage of plant, product and process, quality quarantine, etc. Thus, it can realize the whole process traceability, management and safe quality of fruit food.
