Xiang Nong Yu No. 13 is a new combination of Hunan Agricultural University bred hybrid corn. The main findings are as follows: 1. The ecological adaptability identification results, Xiangnong Jade 13 showed better fertility the the 8 pilot average production 7575kg/hm2, compared with the control Provisional Austrian yield 2.64%, yield very significant; day yield 4.81kg, was increased by 6.89%, yield very significant. The average growing period of 119.4 days. Plant height and ear height of 2.72m and 1.05m, kernel weight to 33.2g empty rod was 0; lodging resistance, resistant to the corn borer and sheath blight. The ecological adaptability identification results show that the 13th Xiangnong jade suitable for cultivation Hunan. The 2 planting density test results show that the density of 37,500 / hm2-6.0 plants / hm2, grain yield with increasing density and increased density of 60,000 / hm2 production reached a peak (6460.5kg/hm2) . Ear length with increasing planting density and shorter row grains significantly decreased with increasing planting density, density of 37500 / hm2 in, the ear is the longest (17.7cm), most kernels per row (38.9 tablets). Planting density on No. 13 rows per ear Xiangnong jade and growth period had no significant effect. 4 Hunan agricultural Jade 13 fertility process propulsion, leaf area index gradually increases, SPAD value increased to tasseling silking stage reached the maximum, the latter two reduce. Same growth stage, with increasing density, leaf area index significantly increased, but the SPAD value of the difference was not significant. 5 Hunan agricultural Jade 13 plastic mulching, fertility significantly advance the seedling stage ahead of nine days, the the tasseling period of 13 days in advance, maturity seven days in advance; the mulching cultivation yield was significantly higher than the dew cultivation, yield 702 kg per hm2 , an increase of 9.3%. Film mulching cultivation can improve Xiangnong jade No. 13 agronomic traits and ear characteristics compared to open field cultivation, plant height 30cm, a decline of 11.5%; the ear height decline 13cm, a decline of 9.4%; stem diameter thickening 0.2 cm, an increase of 7.4%; ear length growth 1.3cm, an increase of 7.6%.
