Abstract


In today’s society, with the advances of technology and the popularization of computers, a wide range of computer-centered control equipment is increasingly being recognized and adopted. The biggest advantage is that it saved manpower and liberated the people from the arduous work, thus it reduced enterprise’s manpower investment and saved the cost investment. The most advantage of it is saving manpower, releasing the people from the heavy work, reducing the enterprise’s manpower consuming and saving the producing costing. At the same time, the use of automatic equipments has also improved the working efficiency, reducing the possibility of the emergence of human error, so that the security and reliability are enhanced greatly, increasing the products’profits correspondingly.For some old enterprises’large-scale workshops, their automation extent is not high because of the old building age. The working efficiency is low and the manpower costing is high.So researching and designing an information acquisition and management system conforms with the developing requirement and economic gains of modern enterprise.The information collection and management systems of the engine production line are parts of the management of computer systems in Dong’an206Micro-engine workshop. This management system is mainly that the central computer controls the communication and the processing and analysis of the data, instead of the primitive method which is original manual record message transmission. All the site control points achieve the input and display of single chip microcomputer. Each working position in the workspace acquires and integrates the information through the local single-chip computer managing, and the host computer accesses each single-chip computer system in the way of inspecting, so that it can collect, integrate and unified manage each working position’s information.In this paper, the information collection systems are designed including: computer operating software, inquiry equipments of operating points’input, communication network. The paper has completed systematic design and has made an analysis of the system function and performance.The crucial technique of the inquiry equipments of operating points’input has been studied in this paper. The core of equipments is the data collection and management of single chip microcomputer. It may directly influence the function of overall systems whether the equipments can work accurately and effectively. Through the comprehensive analysis of on-site working conditions and data collection and management technology of various single chip microcomputer, integrated the merits and demerits of various forms of technology, the author has designed the management system of operating points’information input and inquiry,in which single chip microcomputers of MCS-51series are the control centers,the standard keyboard is the input equipment, flase chip is the data storage component and RS485communication lines are communication forms. The operating point scene information display component is also one of important structures,used the liquid-crystal display which has clear display and direct-viewing content, and it is able to meet the functional requirements. The display component has completed the control work of the hardware interface and the software; simultaneously has also completed the connection and the control of the standard keyboard and single chip microcomputer,and the effective managements of data reliable communication with superior computer’s as well as the superior computer to the operating point data.Using Protel software, the author has designed the control system circuit of single chip microcomputer,analyzing the relationship among data and rationally designing process flow, and has got the reliable control system of single chip microcomputer.Communication’s reliability and accuracy are important measurement indicators in the system function. Through tracking the communication data of this system and its on-site detection and analysis,the results are very good and the system can meet practical requirements.Meanwhile, this paper developed the host computer’s management program, creating a friendly man-machine interface. The information acquisition and the database (DB) software was written by POWER BUILDER7.0language, in which the linking DB used ACESS of OFFICE2000components supplied by Microsoft.The design’s key and difficulty are the followings:the single-chip computer driving the LCD module and controlling the standard micro-computer keyboard, RS485communicating network’s building, the FLASH data memory chip’s interface and accessing, and the DB’s building, managing and the man-machine interface’s designing. Secondly, the process of the engine’s product line is complex, which makes linking and managing the information data difficult. And the on-line information volume is very large, requiring high real-time and veracity. Those all add the technology difficulty for the goal’s realization. Furthermore, the industry workspace’s complex environment exists various electromagnetic disturb a lot, which should be considered enough. Finally, this time is the primary rebuilding, and the devoting fund is limited. While satisfying the technology’s guide line, the costing of designing the control system should be controlled.Through simulating and field debugging, this system satisfied the users’ demand goals, boosting the enterprise’s producing automation and creating good economic benefit. Meanwhile, the design idea in this system can be extended to other similar product line’s automation rebuilding.
