Abstract


Automatic meter reading system develops rapidly in order to meet theinformation construction of smart grid. AMR can solve the problems of human cost,large error, poor real-time and not convenient to management in artificial meterreading, at the same time improves power systems division’s efficiency ofmanagement in power supply and utilization. Therefore, the development of automaticmeter reading system has important significance.Due to the advantages of no wiring, wide range and so on, power linecommunication has a broad development prospects in the automatic meter readingcommunication technology. But the time-varying, high noise and attenuation of powerline channel seriously affect the reliability of the power line carrier communication.So relay routing technology is needed to improve the stability of the network innetwork organization of power line network.This article focuses on carrier routing module. As an important part of lowvoltage power line carrier communication, carrier routing module adopts relay routingtechnology to realize networking and refactoring of low voltage power line carriernetwork, manage and maintain the network to ensure the reliability and stability of thenetwork. The thesis analyzes key technology of low voltage power line meter readingincluding characteristics of low voltage power line carrier channel, modulationtechnique, structure of low voltage power distribution network and architecture of lowvoltage power line meter reading system, makes the module overall scheme designand chip selection according to the functional requirements of carrier routing module,elaborates software and hardware design of carrier routing module. In the hardwaredesign, we propose the hardware framework with MK20DN512ZVLK10chip as thecore, design the circuit principle diagram of each function module, analysis thefunction of chip pins, and illustrate the principle diagrams in detail. In softwaredesign, we establish software design scheme on the basis of MQX opera ting systemand TFS file system, make modular design and software function architectureaccording to different function, design process of each function realization in detailaimed at different function module, and analyses breadth-first search networkingalgorithm and improved breadth-first search reconstruction algorithm based on thespanning tree of graph theory.In module test, we first of all make a strict test the related technology parameterson hardware, then test376.2protocol which used to interact data between carrier routing module and concentrator, finally test networking ability and networkrobustness of carrier routing module through the virtual power line networkexperiment and the plant experiment. The above test results show that carrier routingmodule implements the functional requirements, reaches the design purpose, has acertain practical significance in engineering.
