Abstract


With the rapid development of vehicle industry in China, there is an increasing demand for vehicle electronic device. Cassette recorders&players and radio broadcasts have gradually developed into high-tech service system composed of GPS navigation,communications and entertainment subsystems. The high quality technical support for vehicle terminal system is provided by the development of electronic technology and modern communication technology. A feasible solution for the development of vehicle electronic device is provided by embedded technology.In this paper, we design and implement a vehicle multimedia terminal. The development tendency of vehicle systems is analyzed in detail. Based on the technologies of automotive electronics and embedded system, an embedded intelligent terminal core board system is developed with the generality and extensibility. Many peripheral interfaces are imported by ARM11microprocessor and WinCE operating system. The high speed processing, extension and life cycle are satisfied.This system takes some measures to design the multipurpose board and realize the feature of customizing and extending easily. With two alternative ways:LCD or VGA,4USB Hosts, and some plugs in modules are designed.The thesis designs and implements the vehicle embedded system with extensibility and generation. This system has satisfied the requestment of appliant.
