The recycle and remanufacture of used product has been more and more popularin recent years, sustainable development has gradually been hotter and hotter in theworld. Energy conservation, emissions reduction and low carbon economy has been acommon view. Many national and foreign enterprises want to get involved inremanufacture because the business opportunity is very attractive. The practice ofremanufacture provided a lot of materials for the scholar research, and scholar keptdeepen the theoretic research of remanufacture and improved remanufacture in turn.In addition, customers are keeping pursuing the personalization and diversity ofproducts, which makes the life cycle of product shorter and shorter, changing andturn-over rate faster and faster. As a result, the variety and quantity of used productare becoming larger and larger.In this context, the paper researched on the role and function of remanufactureand its logistic net in supply chain from the view of supply chain management. Thepaper defined the factors in designing the sales network of remanufacture product andspecify the goals of the designing the sales network. Later an example of WeichaiPower was given to demonstrate the sales mode of remanufacture product.On the basis, the paper suggested a design idea of remanufacture logistic network,in which the paper defined the data required in the design process and proposedcollecting solution for the data. The paper later constructed the model of the design ofremanufacture logistic network by using the data collected. The model mainly usedlinear programming and integer programming and provided both data and theoreticsupport of the construction of remanufacture logistic facilities. At last, an example ofWeichai Power was given to test the feasibility of the model.
