With the continuous development of computer technology and network technology, the various works of colleges are achieved by computer and network rather than traditional way. However, the information systems of many colleges are distributed in different departments, in addition these systems’introduction and development time are different, and there is little correlation between each system. It results in the management of multi-system and multi-account, and the information can not be effectively shared. At the same time, the application is difficult to integrate. Thus they form a lot of information isolated islands, which hinders the further development of university’s informationization.This thesis discusses the current situation which university informationization system faces in detail. Taking SOA (service-oriented software architecture) as a guide, we proposed a complete set of scheme, which integrates every application system, according to the actual situation of current university informationization application. Then we built the integration platform and used XML technology to realize the demand of unified identity authentication between many application systems. Finally, we used Web Service technology to realize the information sharing between various application systems, achieving the integration goals better.Through the integration of user system and the grading integration of permissions system, as well as the integration of workflow, each independent existing system combine into one organic whole, which achieves the efficient operation of university information system.
