Prestressed concrete frame designed to beam hinge mechanism for ductile frame or side column does not appear in the mixed hinge hinge mechanism for limited ductile frame, prestressed concrete structural seismic design procedures (the \side-column end moments increases the coefficient to improve adjustment. In order to better study of the seismic performance of prestressed concrete frame structure, the paper uses the the OpenSees software, completed fortification intensity, a series of pre-stressed concrete frame structure of the different seismic level, increasing coefficient of different side-column end moments in rare earthquake Dynamic nonlinear simulation analysis; conditions in the same venue and further completed to meet the same engineering construction demand prestressed and non-prestressed frame structure seismic performance comparison. This paper work and conclusions are as follows: ① nonlinear dynamic analysis results show that: \, are able to avoid overall failure and partial failure to achieve the goals of the earthquake is not earthquake-proof down; ② through in accordance with the the \: design prestressed Statutes, prestressed concrete frame, by increasing the side-column end moments increase coefficient, in addition to the top-level outside, can effectively reduce or even avoid the hinge side column; in the lower partition of fortification intensity, due to the prestressing Liang Chaoqiang serious, to avoid the more difficult side column a hinge; ③ by two three prestressed frame and non-prestressed framework seismic performance comparative study shows that: in the same site conditions, to meet the same engineering construction demand overall seismic performance of prestressed frame on not less than the seismic performance of prestressed frame; ④ simulation analysis show that: according to the current specification design two, three prestressed seismic framework underlying column A hinge can not be avoided; This article examples show: 8 (0.3g the) two prestressed frame column base moment amplification coefficient increased to 1.25 from the current specification 1.5, under rare earthquake, the framework for the formation of stable energy dissipation mechanism to avoid the hinge side column, the structure has a good seismic performance, indicating that the two prestressed frame column base moment amplification factor increased to 1.5 is feasible.
