Abstract


The financial difficulty undergraduates are considered as disadvantaged group. They received great attention from central and local government, no matter in their studies or daily lives. China’s economic system has been transformed from central- planned economy to socialist market economy in the process of its economic reform and opening up, meanwhile, the administrative system of advanced education has also made a transformational shift. After the implementation of independent recruitment and two- way selection policy, the problems of needy students in universities become a hot topic again in another form. Therefore, it is practical and significant for the whole society and advanced educational institutions to establish and enhance a suitable subsidization system about needy students. This thesis attempts to make a tentative study on the subsidization system about needy students in colleges and universities, with JiLin University Finance and Economics as its research object. Through a series of research methods, this thesis deeply describes the operating condition and the final results of the subsidization system in JiLin University Finance and Economics. In addition, the author also gives descriptions on previous studies about this system, indicates the defects and proclaims a comparatively perfect advice and method with the aim to provide a reference for national administrative authorities, fulfill the theories about subsidization system in our country, and give inspiration to advanced educational institutions.This thesis consists six parts. The first part-introduction is used to explain the proposition of the topic, as well as the actuality, significance, thought and method of this research. The second part is a general overview of subsidization of financial difficulty undergraduates. The third part is to introduce the current subsidized situation of the financial difficulty undergraduates in Jilin University of Finance and Economics. The fourth part is to evaluate the effects and analyze problems. In the fifth part, the author proposes some interrelated strategies and suggestions on the basis of speculative knowledge and opinions of financial difficulty undergraduates for the problems. In the sixth part, first, the author describes that ideological and political education in universities play an important role in subsidization of financial difficulty undergraduates. Then summarize the inspiration that the latter give to the former in our university.The conclusion of this thesis perfects subsidized working style of financial difficulty students in JiLin University of Finance and Economics. If we want to do subsidization work well, make the definition of financial difficulty undergraduates more scientifically is the precondition. Optimize the aid system with“rewarding, loaning, helping, subsidizing, reducing”five aspects as one principle is the key. Set up helping system and open up source of social funding are the important guarantee. We also need to set up a spiritual aid system to make financial subsidization and spiritual help bonded closely. Finally the author summarizes the implication of subsidization research on financial difficulty undergraduates in JiLin University of Finance and Economics to ideological and political education of universities.
