User demand for personalized and diversified machine tool manufacturing industry is becoming an important feature, how to quickly respond to the needs of the enterprise market in a favorable position in the competition is significant, the other companies in the long-term accumulation of the product design process a wealth of experience in the design, the urgent need for an efficient and feasible way to reuse these existing design experience to improve product design quality and efficiency. In this paper, the business needs, the modular design concept introduces a CNC machine designs, the modular design of the study on the basis of a general method for the characteristics of its CNC machine tool division of the module, modeling, configuration, etc. and the development of CNC machine tools based on SolidWorks modular design system. The main contents are as follows: 1. Analysis of the existing modular design theory and methods, on this basis, we propose a customer-oriented product lifecycle based module division method. In access based on customer demand for MCH63 series CNC machine needs to establish a customer-oriented features fuzzy matrix, and from the product life cycle perspective, the establishment of various stages of the structure matrix, using simulated annealing algorithm for the optimization of the matrix clustering calculated to achieve a CNC machine module division. 2 in the module division, based on the principle of CNC machine tools and techniques for modeling module carried out a detailed study of the geometric model CNC machine model is divided into two parts and the information model is proposed based on the principle of parametric dimension-driven geometry construction model approach. The information in the module focuses on the modeling module coding technology and interface technology, analyzes the functions of CNC machine tools and classification module interface, and gives the CNC machine interface module structure diagram, on this basis, established by the affiliation code, features and interface information code consisting of CNC code module 14 coding system. 3 In the modeling module, based on the proposed case-based reasoning CNC module configuration methods focus on how to use a search algorithm to obtain CNC machine tools to meet customer demand module and shows how to determine whether the selected module for assembly the basis for analysis in SolidWorks platform to achieve automatic CNC module assembly method. 4 Establish a CNC modular design system architecture, analyze the system's main function modules and running processes, complete CNC machine tools based on SolidWorks modular design system development, and gives examples of the system operation.
