Abstract


Optical tweezers micromanipulation technology invention and application of the the micromechanical design field research into a new phase . The light-induced rotation technique for micro-and nano particle three-dimensional operating on the basis of an increase of one-dimensional angular manipulation technology , which provides a new breakthrough for the design study of the light-driven micro - mechanical motor . Design light-driven micro - mechanical motor first problem to be solved is how to achieve the power source of the the micro light of drive . General laser beam is used to rotate particles with linear momentum , orbital angular momentum , or spin angular momentum , and want to have a special shape or light absorbent particles , the nature of the birefringent properties . Thesis these problems studies the following: First, the introduction of the particulate light-induced rotation of the basic principle and the ways to implement , and the use of the orbital angular momentum of vortex beams microparticles photorelease required for rotating conditions , to guiding experimental conditions conducive to the stability of the optical trap and particle rotation angular velocity of the vortex beam theoretical derivation and Bessel beam example simulation analysis .
