The era of knowledge economy is different from the era of industrial economy and agricultural economy. The ownership and use of knowledge resources directly replace the traditional factors of production, such as land, capital and labor, and also determine the economic development. Knowledge productivity is the key factor to determine the competitiveness of enterprise even as well as nation. Knowledge is regarded as an important strategic resource,however,knowledge itself does not mean a competitive advantage.A long as effective knowledge management tools are used,and knowledge innovation are realized,knowledge can be used to achieve competitive advantage. The lead level of knowledge and knowledge innovation in developed countries is far greater than the level of wealth,than developing countries. Therefore, knowledge innovation is a decisive driving force of a nation and a country.Knowledge innovation is not only an inexhaustible motive force of economic growth of knowledge for a country, but also a core of national competitiveness.Knowledge transfer is the foundation and prerequisite to achieve knowledge innovation. The knowledge innovation of universities to some extent depends on knowledge transfer as well.Many researches on knowledge transfer of universities are done,in such angels as between university and enterprise,between universities and between internal departments of one university.Knowledge transfer between teachers and students in university teaching links and knowledge transfer within university research team belong to the knowledge transfer category between internal department of one university.University research team is regarded as a important force of knowledge innovation of universities.As long as the efficiency of knowledge transfer within research teams is high,the level of knowledge in notation will lead.Therefore,the researchs on knowledge transfer within university research team meet the requirements of knowledge economy era to knowledge innovation.Universities are the important position of research research and knowledge innovation.With the improvement of the knowledge-intensive degree and interdisciplinary degree in research research,knowledge innovation depends on operations of research team increasingly.In order to meet the research need of modern big science and large projects,university researchers have abandoned the "one-man ooperation" concept.Research teams with complementary skills,responsibility of the research team for the same goal are formed.This is the university research team.Knowledge transfer within the team is one of main features of university research team,and is the source of knowledge innovation for the team.The performance of knowledge transfer within the team directly impacts on the capacity of team knowledge innovation.At present,the situation of knowledge transfer within university research team is not optimistic.In recent years,the knowledge transfer between teachers and students and between universities and enterprises,and the influence factors draw the attention of researchers.While the research on knowledge transfer within university research teams has just started.So there is not many achievements and results to learn from.Therefore,it is essential to carry out research on knowledge transfer mechanism within university research team,in order to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer,thereby enchancing the innovation capability of scientific teenchantingaper started with several aspects such as constitute mode of university research team,influence factor analysis of knowledge transfer within university research team and knowledge transfer model within university research team.By using theoretical analysis combining with empirical analysis,knowledge transfer mode and transfer mechanism within university research team are studied.Main research contents are as follows:(1) the introduction part.Current research on knowledge transfer,university knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer within university research team is reviewed.And then,the content and technical route of this paper is determined,and the main innovation of this article is refined.(2) Constitute mode od university research team.The meaning and categories of university research team are classified and analyzed.The characteristics of university research team are proposed.On the basis of theoretial analysis of present consititute mode of university research team,From two-dimensional angel such as mission objectives and composition,consititute mode of academic research team in universities is presented.(3) Theoretical analysis of influence factors of knowledge transfer within university research team.Concepts and classification of knowledge characteristics,knowledge classification,knowledge transfer,and influence factors of knowledge transfer are theoretical analyzed.Influence factors of knowledge transfer within university research team are analyzed in five sides,such as knowledge provider characteristics,knowledge recipient characteristics,knowledge characteristics,knowledge transfer means and knowledge transfer environment.Knowledge provider characteristics,knowledge recipient characteristics and knowledge characteristics are proposed as main influence factors of knowledge transfer within university research team.And based on knowledge potential energy principle, the influence of there three factors on knowledge transfer within university research team is detailed analyzed.(4)Empirical analysis of influence factors of knowledge transfer within university research team.According to the results of theoretical analysis,influence factor model of knowledge transfer is constructed.And theoretical assumptions are proposed.Basic datas are obtained by using the questionnaire survey.Influence factors of knowledge transfer are empirical analyzed,by using correlation analysis and regression analysis.(5)Mode construction and mechanism analysis of knowledge transfer within university research team.The existing models of knowledge transfer are compared and evaluated.By using knowledge potential energy principle,the knowledge transfer model within university research team is established. And the transfer mechanism of the model is analyzed.
