Abstract


With the rapid development of China's national economy and nation-building , the dump truck to get a wide range of applications . The dump truck lifting hydraulic system used to lift heavy objects , and reaches a certain height dump , a dump truck on the core components . Tipper long-term continuous work and most of the work in a relatively harsh environment , coupled with the improper operation of the various types of failure -prone . Research analyzed lift hydraulic system prone to various types of failure , and failure mechanism of the dump truck hydraulic lifting system , design the lifting hydraulic system CNC simulation test bed . The test rig can simulate the size of the load in the tipper on the lifting action of the lifting hydraulic system , and in the lifting process . Parts of the installation of sensors prone to failure to achieve real-time monitoring of key oil line flow, pressure , and other parameters , and the parameters of the preprocessing and storage , fault diagnosis and fault prediction research through the analysis of the monitoring data . The paper is designed for domestic Dongfeng brand EQ3166GN-40 medium-sized dump truck lifting hydraulic system simulation test bench . This model dump truck hydraulic system parameters calculated , targeted to design analog the lifting and analog load hydraulic system . Pressure sensors and flow sensors and select the layout better monitoring changes in the parameters of the key parts of it in the right position ; design a user computer interface using VB programming , through a computer interface to facilitate the lifting parameters regulating and monitoring the various sensor parameters curve changes ; PID regulation to force the change process better analog lifting process the test bench , and the use of force in the MATLAB software to draw the lifting process . The accurate simulation run the test bench Tipper Lifting process , to facilitate the study of fault diagnosis and fault forecast , in practical application , to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis .
