This article describes the the midcourse missile temperature field and infrared radiation characteristics model , the collection and testing of ballistic missiles and decoys used in the model calculations for material characterization and test the results of the error analysis ; calculated using the model to compare the adiabatic internal heat source , the the thermostat three different inner boundary conditions in different materials , different thickness conditions are middle the bullet surface temperature ; midcourse missile temperature field model based on the the missile material properties parameters temperature sensitivity model , according to the sensitivity theory , calculated to compare the different parameters and the same parameter values ??are not the same temperature sensitivity , and provide the basis for the choice of characteristic parameters for missile design ; according to the principles of the multilayer insulation , consider reflective screen and spacer contact , using Monte Carlo Lofa solving the radiative heat transfer between the reflective screen between the reflective screen and polyester mesh , the establishment of a multi-layer insulation materials coupled heat transfer model for solving the layers reflective screen average temperature distribution and multi-layer insulation material the equivalent parameters ; the midcourse missile temperature field and infrared radiation characteristics model to calculate and compare before and after the coating surface with multilayer insulation materials instead of ballistic missiles outside the middle bullet surface temperature distribution and infrared radiation power detection value , the results show that , with a multilayer heat insulating material instead of after the coating is particularly effective to reduce the temperature distribution of the surface of the shadow ballistic warhead and infrared radiation power can be reduced . The above theory analysis and data results can provide a reference for the determination of ballistic missiles and the design of multi-layer insulation material , and infrared penetration measure .
