Abstract


As the telecommunications industry and the rapid development of the network , the increasing complexity of the telecommunications network , to the operators of the management brought great difficulties. To solve this problem , ITU (International TelecommunicationUnion , International Telecommunication Union) proposed the concept of TMN ( Telecommunication Management Network Telecommunications Management Network) the TMN proposed solutions for the integrated management of communication networks . The article outlines discusses the basic concept of TMN management functionality , architecture , and TMN under the concept of fault management functions as well as process flow analysis . The rest of this article , the research and development of the of individual UEMC system work focuses on the design and implementation of the fault management system the UEMC system .
