Along with the higher vocational college education reform deeply and development, improving teaching quality is an eternal theme institute. Students’grades are the important embodiment of college teaching quality, and improving their vocational college students’grades is teachers’and teaching management personnel’important issues.In sichuan electromechanical vocational technical college teaching work practice and higher vocational colleges student’s actual conditions and teaching feature, I think there’s kind of problem is worth studying for higher vocational colleges: What is the impact of the student’s grade significant factors, whether student’s grades affect students to teachers’teaching evaluation, whether the curriculum and teaching methods and means affect students’grades. Analyzing the influential factors of the student’s grades can directly reflect the students’learning effect, teachers’teaching effect, It has certain theoretical meaning and practical meaning to improve students’grades and teachers’teaching level in higher vocational colleges.This thesis select students and teachers as the researching object, analyzed the impact of higher vocational colleges students’mathematical course grades, and taken the way of questionnaire collecting the data of 08 level electromechanics students’basic situation. On the basis of data analysis using multiple regression model analyzed the factors to affect the students’mathematical course grades. The analysis results and the actual situation are more consistent, Findings:The degree of the students’skill, the learning interest of the students, hard or not is the main factors to improve student performance.Secondly, the paper established the higher vocational colleges teachers’ evaluation index system. To our partial teachers’evaluation, used lectures survey methods collecting students, teachers and DuDaoZu peer data, and used analytic hierarchy process to teachers’teaching level analysis, the analysis results obtained teachers’approval. Through the teaching evaluation stimulated the teaching, promoted the comprehensive construction; cultivated many excellent teachers, improved teachers’professional level, and made our faculty overall quality improved.Finally, it proposed to improve students’performance, integrate the teaching content, and exchanged the teaching me thod. It improved the students’ theoretical achievements and professional skills to better suit the needs of the community, reflectd the school-running features in higher vocational colleges.
