Abstract


Housing market is a colossal task, the implementation of housing security system is the basic requirement of building a harmonious society. Hunan Province as an economically less developed central provinces, in the design of the building housing security system must be fully aware of the actual situation in the province to find all the theoretical basis, the overall consideration.In order to solve the housing security system in Hunan Province practical problem, this article analyzes the low-rent housing, affordable housing and commercial housing market, the development of individual characteristics and interaction, and further by constructing models to explain the options game Stakeholders interaction selection strategy, described Hunan housing security system features interactive development. All relevant stakeholders in the game equilibrium results, the various housing security system and policies and strategies related to the main selection, is bound to effect the supply and demand in the housing; Meanwhile, all kinds of housing supply, housing demand for all income groups and income levels in the filter housing under the action of change, self-adjustment will be in a constant process of change; with the overall economic development, low-cost housing, affordable housing and commercial housing market between incremental and the stock will continue to change, and gradually form a relatively stable dynamic equilibrium of supply and demand of housing.Interaction in the housing security system based on the characteristics, the paper that the housing security system in Hunan Province, the formation and development impact of macroeconomic policies by the state is very large, the rapid development of commercial housing market, squeezing the supply of affordable housing. This article’s main policy recommendations are:to maintain the real estate market in all relevant stakeholders should have a balance of interests, improve housing security system must consider the coordination of administrative coordination and combining the market portfolio of policy options.
