Abstract


Z Bank is the first commercial bank established by enterprise, and is the experiment bank in the promotion of Chinese Financial Reform. After more than 20 years development, Z bank got better reputation and effect in the home and abroad. However, financial market often has sudden change and how to occupy the domestic advantages and accelerate the development has become the focus in financial field. As the basic of commercial bank, corporation business bears the brunt of in this development. Investigation in the problem and existing reason of Commercial Bank marketing has great significance and value not only in the establishment of suitable marketing strategy of corporation business, but also the further development in the corporation business.At the basic of marketing theory, this paper makes integrated analyses refer to the research of commercial bank corporation business, combined with macroeconomics and microeconomics in our country and the market environment. And take Z Bank corporation business marketing management modes as example, research the construction and efficiency of Z Bank corporation business. And use SWOT analyses the advantages and disadvantages in the corporation business marketing. Bring forward further development advice and suitable steps.This paper tightly combined with practice, and takes the present marketing status as example, give profound analysis to Z Bank present marketing status, and bring forward marketing development strategy according to the market environment. But limited in the length of the paper and my knowledge, the analyze may be one-sided, and some problems mentioned in this paper need further discussion. For example, how to set loan price in the situation of interest rate market-oriented. how to keep guard of risk by credit granting, and make up commercial bank credit risk management system, and how to make continuous optimization to information system in order to satisfy bank development, and so on. Other needed develop direction:in order to establish Z bank to be the top-ranking harmonious bank, we must make full recognition of bank marketing, insist the scientific concept of development, try our best in making market expansion, establish effective managerial mechanism system. Take good as priority, long term target.
