Abstract


Nowadays, competition has become increasingle fierce, many companies have realized that enterprises will survive and develop, even in an invincible position in the industry, they must innovate. In practice, single, isolated innovation project can not meet the requirements of enterprise development, which means that enterprises have to achieve sustainable innovation. However, in complex natural and social environment, enterprises will restrict many factors if they want to achieve sustainale innovation, the process of which is full of risk. In the process of enterprise’s sustainable innovation, how to aviod the kinds of major risks and achieve success of sustainable innovation is a very worth studying, and has been a major theoretical and practical problems for the business, the theory and all levels of government. The paper mainly researches the financial risk of process of enterprise’s sustainble innovation, which is a pioneering subject.Based on innovation, enterprise’s sustainable innovation, risk theory, financial risk management theory, and in the previous studies and enterprise’s financial risk case studies, using the methods of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and combination of theoretical analysis and practical case study, the paper mainly studys the following main aspects:(1) The paper defined the concept of financial risk of enterprise’s sustainable innovation process, which including the following three aspects:financial risk definition, contents and characteristics; Then, the paper identified 12 major financial risk factors of enterprise’s sustainable innovation process.(2) In the paper, enterprise’s sustainble innovation process is divided into three development phases, and the significant financial risk factors is assessed dynamically in each stage of enterprise’s sustainble innovation process, which amounted totally five significant financial risk factors.(3) For the assessment results of significant financial risk factors, the paper proposed 11 risk response measures of significant financial risk of enterprise’s sustainable innovation process, which can provide the theoretical basis of risk prevetion and risk response in the process of enterprise’s sustainable innovation. (4) Using the previous theoretical results, the paper complete empirical analysis on Yunnan Aluminium Co., Ltd. Firstly, the paper identified dynamically financial risk factors of sustainable innovation process of Yunnan Aluminium Co., Ltd; followly, the paper assessed significant financial risk factors of the company’s sustainable innovation process, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of significant financial fisk.The paper has supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, which of title is "Research on Significant Risk of Dynamic identification, assessment and management mechanism of Enterprise’s Sustainable Innovation Process", and the number is 70862002.
