Abstract


Commercial Banks core competence is a ability formed in the fierce competition in the market which can maintain competitive advantages and sustainable development of commercial Banks, reflected the special market value orientation and the ability of resisting market risk and gaining sustainable competitive advantage, especially reflecting the competitive capability and competitive advantage of commercial banks in the market competition.With the development and progress of economic, the overall level of China’s bank industry and core competence is gradually enhanced, but there are also many problems, especially in the reasonable configuration of the commercial bank core competitiveness components. Unfortunately, the present research about commercial banks core competence only focus on one certain elements which cultivating core competence, as to how the relationship between the various factors, especially how to coordinate the various factors to cultivate and promote commercial Banks core competitiveness is lack of corresponding theory and research. Therefore, this paper adopts management synergic theory to study commercial bank core competence having important theoretical and practical significance.This paper first analyzed the research status of domestic and foreign commercial bank core competitiveness and pointed out the research deficiency, then innovative proposed management synergic theory to study commercial bank core competence. After introducing the theory of management synergic and commercial banks core competence analyzed the differences between traditional management thoughts and management synergic thoughts and then stated the feasibility using management synergic theory to study commercial bank core competence. Finally in proof of commercial bank core competitiveness meet the sufficient and necessary conditions for the cooperative management, using the theory of management synergic to study the cultivation of the core competence systematically.This paper mainly used the theory of management synergic, using coordinated management method to analysis cooperative mechanism of the three basic factors (resources, ability and knowledge) which formed commercial bank core competence and then revealed our country commercial bank cultivating core competence mechanism. This paper also use many other method as theoretical exploration and literature search, theoretical study and normative analysis, comparative research and comprehensive analysis methods. In the study of whether the research of commercial bank core competence can use management synergic theory using the method of normative analysis, to explain the necessity to study commercial bank core competence using the method of comparative research. The innovation of this paper come from vision and the research methods, using management synergic theory to study the synergy of the competent of commercial bank core competence.
