Abstract

The mountain tunnel structure is a complex system , the vast majority of the subsystems in a hidden state , its quality testing is very difficult . This article describes the development status of the mountain tunnel to test the quality , and starting from the quality and quality testing theory , proposed on the basis of analysis the mountain tunnel structure quality composition and the corresponding detection means most to adapt to the tunnel means of non-destructive testing - geological radar method . In this paper, based on interpretation of geological radar physics concepts , leads to the basic principles of geological radar ; combined with the structural characteristics of mountain tunnels tunnel non-destructive testing of physical models of the methods of data processing radar data , and from the numerous tunnel engineering test data summarizes lining insufficient number of steel or steel , empty , not dense with structural defects explanation mode ; through the use of the above-mentioned principles and methods of success on the soles slope built double-arch tunnel and the tunnel under construction Tongluoshan to carry out non-destructive testing , and summed up the more mature geological radar nondestructive testing technology . The article also finite element numerical simulation of the tunnel structure defects to study the mechanical properties of the defect . Obtained through the comparison of the simulation results with the Japanese model test results , the laws of different defects of the tunnel structure internal forces , and provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of programs for the treatment of defects . Geological radar and finite element numerical simulation applied to the detection and evaluation of tunnel structure defects , the rectification of the defects of the tunnel project has guiding significance and application prospects .
