Abstract


At present, China's economy maintained a sustainable, healthy and important issues facing the development of SME financing difficulties , but agriculture-related small and medium enterprises because it has a weak agricultural characteristics than other SMEs , their financing more difficult . This article mainly from four aspects to carry out research on the issue of agriculture-related SME financing . First , from the development of agriculture-related small and medium enterprises in China , and the basic characteristics of the financing situation , given the macro environmental impact and corporate lack the financial system defects are the main factors of agriculture-related financing of SMEs ; then a comparative study analysis rural credit cooperatives to support the theoretical basis for the development of agriculture-related small and medium enterprises , and learn from the foreign small and medium-sized banks to agriculture-related small and medium enterprises to support the basis of relevant experience , put forward China 's rural credit cooperatives in agriculture-related SME financing should play what role , looking for out of the constraints of rural credit cooperatives to support agriculture-related small and medium enterprises play the role of reason ; empirical analysis examines the practice of Changsha County, rural credit cooperatives to support the development of agriculture-related small and medium enterprises in Changsha County ; Finally, the paper presents how support the suggestions of the development of agriculture-related small and medium enterprises , major innovation management mechanisms , innovative way of security and innovative business varieties . The innovation of this paper in the presence of the first rural credit cooperatives to support the theoretical basis of the agriculture-related small and medium enterprises , as well as the system of research material , and three of rural credit cooperatives in agriculture-related SME financing and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to play this role
