Abstract


With the rapid development of the globalization, globalization is not only about the globalization of merchandise or the trade liberalization, but also the international capital flows and so on. As a result, the finical globalization begins to appear between the international parties. Along with which it then appears the cooperation between the banks and the insurance companies. Generally speaking, Europe is the birthplace of bancassurance and the place which is the most mature place for the development of bancassurance. For the development of our country’s bancassurance development, it is later than that in Europe. And it began only in the middle of the 90s of the 20th century. Even though, the speed of the development of bancassurance is rather quickly. Through the development of the bancassurance both in Europe and in China, we would find that, no matter which one of them, there are some reasons including the internal reason and the external environment. From the present situation of the domestic Banks, the bank insurance faces charges malignant competition, sales mislead and the imbalance of the interests of both sides. The fundamental reasons for these problems are that the sales agreement in China and strategic alliance of loose development mode can not promote the smooth development of the insurance business bank. Under this kind of the situation, a large number of domestic commercial Banks and insurance companies have begun to explore new cooperative development mode, at the same time regulators also began to make some policy level of support for the cooperation. Mean while, some overseas experience about the development mode of bank assurance factors such as the environment give our bank provides certain insurance development pattern of experience for reference. So, this article will analyze the development of our country’s bancassurance and compared the different development environments in different countries. So that it can conclude the related suggestions for the development modes of the bancassurance.
