Abstract

As the Work Flow techniques develop continuously and it’sapplication penetrated into real world, enterprises expect morefrom it. The Workflow Management System is a valid tool in theautomation of operation process, it’s helpful in improving andoptimizing business process. It also can improve the workefficiency, realize better control mechanism, improve thequality of service for customers and the flexibility of businessprocess etc. The Work Flow System and specialized systems arecomplementary. We can use the Work Flow System to set up aintegrated platform of enterprises’ applications system, or helpto develop workflow software which involving multi-persons andrelative mission, and also can use the Work Flow Engine to beembedded in many other applications.The Work Flow Management is a research topic which intercrossmany subjects. The related research fields include theinformation system, business rebuild project, parallelingproject, software engineering environment which is based onprocess, cooperation by computer assistance, interaction betweenpeople and machine, database management, the distributedcalculation and mobile computation etc. The big reason why we useWorkflow Management System is the change of management ideas andmanagement business. It’s a big chance to improve or re-organizebusiness process, and it’s also close related to enterprisemanagement’s rebuilding or standardization. Enterprisesrebuilding is a complete reform of enterprise management andproduce procedure. Standard management aim to do scientific andstandard research on business process and set up a complete serialof management rules which will improve system structure andrunning mechanism. All this is based on management experiences.The enterprise Key Process Indication (KPI), the efficiencyof mission circulation, the real-time control etc, all of theserequire a lot of time-type data. As a result, the Work Flow gotfurther development. The Work Flow based on time which is putforward in this paper aims to adapt to enterprises’ need, we putforward the conception of time from the Work Flow System, and weregard time as a vital reference of the Work Flow data. The WorkFlow based on time system consider how to improve work efficiency ,and the Work Flow control and think how to optimize group fromtime point of view. Time is an important reference of the WorkFlow. Making good use of each point is helpful to optimizationof enterprises’ business and improvement of efficiency.Redundancies, load, key link etc. various importance referenceindex enhance the quality of enterprises management. Inspectionand control is important function and feature of the Work FlowSystem. System control itself and avoid some unfair factors associal relationship and so on, In this way we can reinforcemanagement of enterprises. At the same time, the Work Flow Systeminclude amount of available data, otherwise, to set up a good timemodel, or to import intelligence system and emulation system,would make business flow rate analysis, customers subdivision,analysis of load, analysis of the key path, business estimation,analysis of resource use and analysis of reserve work flow rateetc play an critical role.As the Modern heuristic algorithm which is adapted toparallel operation develop quickly. It has many merits, such asrobustness, commonality and global optimization etc, and it isbased on biology, physics and artificial intelligence. In thispaper we put forward limited algorithm which is based on the lawof value in market competition. Individual fluctuate betweentarget solutions in this algorithm. Furthermore, the individualis transparent to the algorithm and optimization of theindividual is transparent to the algorithm too. For this reason,it is applied to person or complete independent sub-system. Thealgorithm try to achieve optimum solution by inner optimizationof group. It’s a distinct feature that the optimum solution isnot necessarily accurate. The limited algorithm is a workdivision algorithm, we can make full use of work in computerestimation and computer dispatching at nodes of the same type.The Transparent Workshop Management System is an applicationof the Work Flow which is based on time system. The system includethree aspects: the first is the information of the business flowof customers, employees and management personnel, the second isintegrated tools aim to communicate with customers and automationoperation, the last is the operation of the information which areachieved in the first two parts, possession of intelligence ofcustomers’ information, being supportive of strategy decision ofenterprises. The Work Management Center is the core of the wholesystem, it is a Work Flow Engine too. Being a intelligent coreof the Work Management Center, formation machine is the mostimportant part, and it is representative of the intelligence ofthe whole system. And the division rule is a typical applicationof the limited algorithm. It is a typical realization thatcontrols the calculate way to among them let the actual work hourside face of the efficiency work hour. The watching-board is aflexible tool in the system, it would be different accordingdifferent need. We should design more adaptable watching-boardto meet enterprises’ need. The essence of the watching-board isa kind of information medium, and it can send produce instructionin limited time according certain amount. The methods to realizethis function is various. With the perfection of workflowmanagement theory and the electronic watching board’sapplication, the type of watching-board become more various andabundant and it can meet enterprises’ need well. The systemprovide many data analysis report, they are the result ofexperiences. And the system do optimization and unificationintegrated and learn some lessons from each fix workshop.Exception inspection is another feature of the TransparentWorkshop Management System, it is a core of the Work Flow theorytoo.This paper get the Work Flow as the main line, place extraemphasis on time, represent the importance of time in the WorkFlow system from theory and experience point of view. The limitedalgorithm derive from modern heuristic algorithm and the idea ofmarket competition in the core design and coding of theTransparent Workshop Management System. The limited algorithmderive from modern heuristic algorithm, this is not onlyrepresented in workflow control system, but also in the featurethat the transparence of individual and non-necessity of targetsolution let it can be applied in many other competition systems.
