Abstract


To protect environment and to make a sustainable development is the trendof world economy development of today.Execute the sustainable developmentstrategy has become the consensus of countries around the world .China enterWTO means that the economy of China will bring into the orbit of the worldeconomy globality drastically till now. China environment management andenterprise will enter the new circumjacent trade negotiation .The new form ofeconomic development calls for the evolution of environmentmanagement.system.The form of “preventiong as the main management focus andfinal control management as complementary”is rising.This article is cattle slaughtering process of Jinlin Province ChangchunHaoyue Islamic Meat Co., Ltd as a case study about environment managementsystem constructional research.This article is based on the technical tool of LifeCycle Assessment. It describes the management process of cattle slaughtering fromprimary environment censor,system factors planning,compiling system.It willprovide valueable regeience for environment management system setting up foragriculture based enterprises .The main working and contributes as follows:Workout handbook and program file of Haoyue environment managementsystem, identify main environment factors and resource factors, collect correlativerule of law and put up system summary.Assist system group making system auditing, according auditing result, moreaccount for environment management system meat butchering process enterpriseset up feasibility.According to set up environment management system, haoyue employeeenvironment consciousness, law consciousness and management diathesis gainedincrease. Manager managed enterprise using PDCA mode. This will Increaseenterprise management level, buildup enterprise development potential.
