Abstract


Mobile payment is the outspread product of mobile communication technology innovation and financial institution, and reflects value of broadening and mobile commerce process for mobile becomes credit payment from communication appliance. Mobile payment achieves account consumption, recharge, transferring account, query etc. e-commerce operation and related business by RFID, short message, STK, voice, WAP etc.As the development of so many years, popularizing rate of our country’s mobile payment is still in a low level. According to data of 2009, mobile users reach 0.747 billion, mobile payment users are 72 million, only 9.6% of the whole market. The main reason is disarray of the mobile payment standard, mobile operator, banking organization and the third party payment enterprise. Mobile operator and banking organization both hope to be the dominant of mobile payment, just rely on each other’s traditional advantage in mobile, finance fields, however, the third party payment has great advantage in product innovation and terrace integration, but it’s hard to occupy absolute advantage in mobile payment market only by one of the three parties.There is certain risk for any business development, let alone mobile payment business in communication and finance fields. This article will use promotion stage of mobile payment as a project, start with each link the payment involves, apply documentary research method and demonstration analysis method according to project management risk research theory, also apply method of comparative analysis as the auxiliary reference standard, will study the mobile payment project risk problem and put forward precautionary measure, so to solve restraint and how to guarantee the security of data and fund account. This article also aim at expanse prospect of mobile payment project filed, proposes related methods to promote the rapid development of mobile payment from strengthening the combination of information industry and conventional industry, perfection of safety of mobile payment and credit system and coordination of mobile payment industry chain.
