Abstract


This paper discusses the technology of automatic programming and testing of electronic modules. The result of this article has been applied to the design of automatic programming and testing device. It contains three parts:The first part of this thesis describes the concept of electronic module’s automatic programming and testing.The second part of this thesis illustrates the design of automatic programming and testing device. The method of design of system on chip (SOC) based on the field program gate array (FPGA) is also introduced.The third part of this thesis dissertates the ways to improve the automatic programming and testing device. The design of the portable programming and testing device based on the embedded system technology is described.The result of this dissertation has already been applied to the production of some electronic modules.
