Some electrical properties of a fractal resistor network are studied based on a hierarchical model. First, in the case of unique bond conductance, we obtain the resistance scaling behavior, multifractal spectrum of current distribution and noise exponent. Second,in the case where the bond conductance has a wide-distribution obeying g=g0eWx, we analyse theeffects of disorder width W on overall resistance and moments of distributions, then the corresponding universal curves are found. We regard the problem as a crossover behavior between the competing effects of the size of the network and the width of the distribution of conductances. Finally, a nonlinear network with a special current-voltage characteristic, V=r|I| α sngI,is analyzed. We estimate the resistanceexponent (?) (α) and noise exponent b(α) as functions of nonlinear exponent α , and relate threeexponents (?)red, (?) chem, (?)R with (?) (α).
