Abstract


Tax services is the most basic link is a measure of the level of tax collection and management of a country one of the important indicators, present, China’s tax services in other countries with advanced experience in tax services than there are many shortcomings, while grass-roots tax organizations also face many practical problems, this paper aims to learn the advanced experience of foreign countries, analysis of grass-roots organizations, the actual tax issues, so as to raise the level of tax services to make reasonable comments and suggestions.This choice of tax services by the open area status for the study, the development of the National Tax Service as the background, using literature review and theoretical research, empirical analysis summarizes the current tax services to improve the level of economic development district an effective way.This article through the open area chosen for the study status of tax services, the development of the National Tax Service as the background, using literature review And theoretical research, summarizes the empirical analysis to improve the current level of service through the open area tax effective way. For business taxpayers,individual taxpayers, the tax service needs and satisfaction study found that the tax service through the open area at present mainly in the lack of the following aspects:first, the pace of development information network can not meet the needs of taxpayers, tax services to be further;second, improved; for the current problems, proposed changes in the tax authorities from the concept of learning from advanced foreign experience to improve the quality of service tax, the tax agency system to actively develop and promote the development of tax information, etc.to carry out the tax laws to improve tax relief tax services department.
