Abstract


As a age-old athletic sport , Wushu has been lasting forthousands of years in China . It is blooming present , And it ispopular with all the people of the country , Because of itsdistinctive charm of exercise .The internal motive which impels wushu sport is based onChinese profound culture . Its unique idea of “give attention totwo or more things ” of inside and outside comes from Chinesetraditional culture kernel—ontologic of Taoism . It is the uniqueplace of wushu sport that spirit and body to be united closed ,People obtain “accordance of life” ,“accordance of life”,“accordance of mankind and nature”,“accordance of mankind andsociety”by“give attention to two or more things”of inside andoutside .Firstly , At the level of mankind self , Integrity thinkingpattern formed in the development process of the thought of “giveattention to two or more things ”of inside and outside deeplyinfluenced wushu . It is showed by regarding bodies as integrityand pursuing the life connotation of integration of inside andoutside .Integration of inside and outside is mainly realized by theharmony of movements outside and connotation inside . It is showedby integrity with mind factors of muscle movement feeling andfeeling 、emotion , and come to the accordance of body movementand mind inside .Secondly ,At the level of mankind and nature ,Wushu sport isnot only a body movement but also a profound mind movement . Itrealize the accordance with nature by conforming to thetransformation rule of nature between methods of exercise andstructure of body .“Two combine into one ” of mankind and the universe is thehighest stage which wushu sport pursue . It overpasses the fettersand handcuffs of “form” outside and “meaning” inside , andarrives at the highest natural stage of “integrity of thing andself” . All forgetting of thing and self . “accreting of universeand self ”,“integrity of everything on earth and self”.Thirdly , At the level of accordance of mankind and society .The internal culture of wushu sport is very beneficial for gettingalong well with each other and show the highest level of “The samemoral heaven gives ”,“offering help to others ”,and is veryconcordant with Chinese traditional morals .Wushu sport with its own special exercise effect and profoundculture content brings people a special enioyment , cultivatestheir good psychology , good personality , good habit of exercise ,advances the gymnastic development of school . It makes its owncontribution to the promotion of quality of individual even thewhole nation .Wushu is came in for unbeknown attention as a physical cultureof “give attention to two or more things ” of inside and outsidein aesthetics value , body adjustment , cultural culture . Thecultural connotation , many places , many people , good effectaren’t compare with the west physical culture .In a word,Whetherthe original ideas of wushu or origins ofpreserve one’s health in ancient time,We knowe wushu of “giveattention to two or more things ”is better than the other gymnasticitem,and conform to the traditional cultural ideas ,The ideas of“give attention to two or more things ”has been involved haveimportant and far-reaching meaning,It reflects life connotationof awinding path to seclusionThis paper contributes to reveal life philosophy of wushusport from the viewpoint of traditional culture , rich people’sspirit source , promote people’s knowledge on wushu exercise ,and has important and far-reaching meanings to direct physicalexercises of the whole people of the country .
