Abstract


The thesis draw lessons from domestic and international relevant of research result, andanalysis condition of opportunities and challenges after China’s WTO Entry and DANDONGcity’s agriculture status. I synthetically exert economics, management, mathematics,environmental science etc. relevant theories, study and put forward the strategic developmentof green food of DANDONG is decided by marketized attestation.First of all,I explained the need of developpment of green food.secondly,I analysed thereason why the developpment of green food is slow: lack of marketization,and put forwardreforming of programme of attestation of green food,in order to advance the degree ofmarketization of DANDONG.Thirdly,I pionted out that the structure of green food export inDANDOGN is unreasonable:export is mainly concentrated on primary products;advancedprocessing products is less than 3%,the reason is that the technology is not developed so good,the standard and customs are not accorded with international and less name brand.fourthlythis article appled scale economical mould to analysed and forcasted green food industryshould achieve development Q=AN(α+β)LαKβ after carrying out green food’s marketizationalattestation;last this article carryed out the following methods to avoid the question duringthe development of green food’s marketization:construct and perfect sincerity system;advancethe ability of execute the law;construct and perfect the system of green food’s marketizationsupervization;reinforce the management of green food’s lable;change the function ofgovernment;reinforce the action of government.This text puts forward strategic speculation of the green food marketized attestation inDANDONG , will bring about active influence on the development of the green food of theour country, at the same time, it is useful for all levels government to planning andmanaging various agricultural activities and provide beneficial reference of theories :(1)Carrying out development of green food is development of green agriculture and sustainabledevelopment.(2)Carrying out green food attestation market is useful to strengthen thegreen consciousness of civil and construction of the society’s trustworthiness.(3) Carrying outgreen food attestation market is benefit to enlarge outlet of agricultural investment,strengthenning the level of agricultural management, advance technique of agriculture andconstruction of agricultural laws system(4) Carrying out green food attestation market canhelp the government change working talent, accelerate, the sound our countrycommercialization’s degree (5) Building up and perfecting environment management systemand attesting institution and standard system of green food is benefit in line with internationalenvironment and resources management system and remove the green barracks.
