The construction and structure of modern tax management lie in many respects. Years tax work in practise has proved that high efficinet tax management depends on information-technology support.It is the main task for different level tax-collection departments that utilizing advanced information technology,making innovations on managemental measures,following a road of technology flourishes tax .Under the background of tax informationization construction,this thesis puts forth,combining with posing of tax-collectors system,a detailed realization for a set of high-efficient tax collectors system.Using software engineering,this thesis gives a general idea about carry-out for every link,ranging from system functions and requirement analysis to detailed design,carry-out,to system testing,arrangement.They have desinged a set of comprehensive information management system,including business sorting inquiring,business comprehensive pre-warning,statistics analysis,bill checking,work-load statistics,to provide a proceeding basis for sciencization and standardization of tax collectors job.The system adopts popular J2EE technology,which provides all-round supports for EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans),Java Servlets API,JSP(Java Server Pages)and XML tech.J2EE is providing a well-off mechanism to construct an elastic,flexible,easily-protective business system.Data sorting and merging adopts advanced data base technology.It provides for the system with a collective,ralatively stable data base system which reflects historical charges and is checked flexibly.It provides a guaratee for high efficient proceeding.The system adopts B/S model,picturized interface,which is easily operated.It enjoys many obvious features,that is ,open,interactive,high efficient,defendable.The purpose of system design is to realize the informationization and high-efficiency of tax collectors job.Meanwhile,it will finish the quantification testing to provide a sample for the popularity of tax collector system in the whole country.
