Abstract


In the information age, knowledge and information have become the most valuable social resources, they play an important role in social production and people’s life, its exploitation and utilization degree has become an important symbol of age productivity development. In view of the importance of information and knowledge, people’s howls to freedom of information and information transparency is rising, improving information transparency, promoting resource configuration optimization combination, achieving information resources sharing, has become the focus of attention.The article through summarizing the current research status of China’s information transparency, analyzing the reason for the lack of information transparency, and make an analysis combined with the specific chart data. Hope through the research can find out some effective ways and methods to promote the construction of information transparency.This paper mainly divided into four parts. The first part is preface parts, including the research background and significance of the article, research status review, research methods and innovative points four aspects; The second part is about the overview of information transparency, including the concept, type and importance of information transparency. This paper put information transparency into three kinds, the government information transparency and financial information transparency and accounting information transparency, facilitating the system research of information transparency; The third and fourth part is the main part of the article,of which the third part discusses the present situation of information transparency respectively from the government, financial and accounting information transparency in three aspects, combining statistics charts analyses the reason for the lack of information transparency; The fourth part includes four aspects, the top three parts mainly aimed at the present situation of the lack of China’s information transparency put forward respectively concrete countermeasures, and expect to contribute to the construction of current information transparency, last part is the conclusion part, summarizing the research achievements and significance, also points out the deficiency.Anyhow, useless transparent, there is no fair, improving information transparency, let power operation, not only helps ensure the lawful rights and interests of the people, but also can help to the establishment of harmonious society.
