Abstract


Since the reform and opening-up, the Chinese government has entered a rapid development period, whether the quantity or quality of the legislation to reflect the trend. But due to the particularity of our history, for thousands of years, the feudal ruling democratic system established in China, the time is short, the ancient land on the spirit of democracy and the rule of law has not yet been fully into the bloodstream to democracy, common people is still dominant position of government, in this aspect are urgently needed to strengthen. But the Chinese nation studious nature makes us have tremendous power, especially in the perfection of legal system is in our spare, positively absorbs all the nationalities and excellent legal system of use. In our legal system in the western mature legal system, and fully consider its historical and cultural factors of the essence of traditional culture, refining, Chinese and western legal system, which is combined with the unification of legal today. In nearly a decade, and various western considered advanced legal system is introduced in this environment, the hearing system were introduced in China.From the system level, the hearing system is administrative democratization, reflects the need for social progress, but a good system in different political system in the actual effect is different. As a result of western democracy after hundreds of years of development is perfect, so the system can exert considerable effect. But our democracy and rule of law has not yet been fully established the spirit is not in social life, so it is fully embodied a role can cultivate our further remains. The price of the hearing system introduced the research scope as administrative law. However, in today’s administrative system seems to have a request from the law, the distance is caused the price of the hearing system, so why not ideal effect from the Angle of the change of a new survey and is very necessary to improve the law and regulation of the society is based on the social consciousness in the macro perspective, we can get rid of the administrative areas of bondage, from the overall consideration to the related factors, also can be more comprehensive macro to price study and improve the hearing system, this is I write this essay intended.From the basic theories of the hearing system, tells the story of the hearing and the origin of the hearing system at home and abroad and the development situation, main with several western developed countries of Anglo-American law system, such as the representative of the British and American, continental law system of Germany and France. The price of our country’s hearing system of text and should be described the establishment background and process, this part of our history full consideration of the different stages of related factors, especially some legal tradition of political factors. In a preliminary understanding this system focuses on the price after hearing system of values. In this paper, the 2nd part is the key part in economic perspective, the paper analyzes the meaning and the price will be placed upon hearing system of the reality and the theory of perspective, the basis of economic meaning is in comparative perspective with administrative law. The third part of the economic perspective on the price of the hearing system, procedures and responsibility system are analyzed, and the other on the current price of the hearing system problems for the fourth part of care and support provided at the end of the article, based on the basic concept of law, the principle of the system in China, some advanced hearing system of perfect price puts forward some advice on system for our price, hoping to the further development of the hearing system as a heart.
