Abstract


With the continuous development of material civilization, destroying of ecological environment of the earth and the natural resources grave gradually. The traditional predatory use of resources and linear patterns of economic growth led to the crisis of resources and a variety of environmental issues at the same time. The rapid development of textile and garment industry result to a continuously enrich of material and cultural life for mankind and resources shortage, environmental pollution, ecological imbalance at the same time. On the other hand, with the accelerating pace of upgrading in fashion trend, the life cycle of apparel is gradually shortened which results that a large number of apparel backlog home. To inhibit consumption of natural resources, minimize the burden on the environment, the building of the "recycling society" brooks no delay.Circulation economy requires "reduction, reuse, recycle" (3R) for the conduct code of socio-economic activities. It is found that the recycle economy of apparel industry is not an isolated process, but a combination with the process from raw materials production, processing, sales till the consuming discarding of clothing products。Thus it is of positive and practical significance on the development of apparel recycling by anglicizing the factors that hinder the development of apparel circular economy and by putting forward measures that based on relevant experience to improve.Through paper research on cycling economy home and abroad, this paper expound the main elements, history, level of development and green standards of textile and garment; Compared with a variety of patterns of circular economy development; analysis the definition, application and relevant standards of LCA model that is commonly used in the cycling economy evaluation.Through on the spots visits of second-hand markets and shops this paper draw a brief view on China’s current apparel recycling stat; use questionnaire survey combined with professional statistical methods such as error analysis, reliability and validity analysis and description to study the lifestyle characteristics of different groups; use factor analysis and cluster to refine characteristics factors for AIO (lifestyle) scale so as to breakdown subject by life style; make assumption and test it based on fashion reuse and consume state as well as demographic situation, which can make comparison of different groups on the clothing recycling behavior characteristics and analysis the needs of the clothing reuse.Through perspective view on the operating procedures of goods, financial and Personnel of Donghua ai’xin’wu combined with clothing life cycle assessment model and 3R Philosophy, this paper pose expanding and promoting plan on apparel recycling that in line with China’s national conditions.
