Abstract


The rapid development of network economy represents the direction of global economic development. With the development of electronic commerce, the network purchase has already become the main way of transnational purchase. It imbued the traditional purchase means with new power forces, thus greatly improve the value of purchasing. After entry into the WTO, foreign trade enterprises in China are forced with many strong competitors. If the enterprise wants to stand firm in the fierce competition, they must adopt new ways of management to adopt the situation, changing their role from inferior purchaser to senior supply chain managerThis first part stated the research meaning of global electronic purchasing throughout studying the e-procurement patterns selection and supplier selection, which are very important problem in global e-procurement processing,helping the international trade enterprises win new space for development.The second part stated the background of international electronic purchasing for international trade enterprises in our country, including the development of global electronic purchasing, the feasibility and necessarily of international electronic purchasing of international trade enterprises, and the main development situation of international electronic purchasing.The third part stated the relative theories about international electronic purchasing, including the theory of deal cost, strategy procurement, Virtual Value Chain.The fourth part analysis the problem of e-procurement patterns selection, through combing with the deal cost theory and according the size of foreign trade enterprises.The fifth part analysis the supplier selection for e-procurement, formulating the relevant evaluation system and mathematical models.The sixth part made the conclusion of all research achievement in the whole article.
