Abstract


Politics validity is the foundation and the precondition of the politics systems’ exist, stabilization and development. Only the politics system own this validity, can realize effective dominion, the regime can also be stabilized. It is the politics system’s foundation which exists and maintains perdurable life-force; is evaluate of relation of lord men ruled by lord; is recognition of mastery power. Any regnant validity can’t only depend on mightiness artifice, what more important is it must gain the most social member’s belief and sustain that based on incanted will. The study about the politics validity, has important significance for authorities to avoid or deal validity crisis, and to realize countries stabilization.There are five parts in this thesis:The first part: Modern society approximately prevail three view of validity: empiricism’s, creationism’s and "reconstructed validity theory". Politics validity connect with govern foundation and course efficiency, it is the most kernel and basic issue of the politics. While, traditional validity, glamorous validity and legal validity constitute politics validity’s three foundations together.The second part: At present, not on the aspect of construct at home, but also on the conformity of countries’ relation, Middle East Islamic countries are all at the time of especial transition, that is, from the moment of underdevelopment culture education, not high industrial degree, lack polity democracy, to the aspect of the other way round. During this course, as a result of the policy system of the syncretism of politics and religion, not only has a long history in the Middle East, but also has profound society mind foundation. Once the propose of the modern political system and institution appear warp, the traditional political system will seek the chance of revival with its profound historic inertia, consequently, affect, indeed destroy the political validity of the authorities government.
