Abstract


With China joining in WTO, Our economy becomes more open, is more closely linked with other countries. The Western culture and dietetic habit gradually goes into our life .we can find Mcdonald, KFC and so on at every corner of the big cities. As a part of Chinese tradition culture, China’s long-established restaurant company is faced with the challenge from the western restaurant company. China’s long-established company is essential to implement“Go-out”strategy and necessary to run in other counties, then popularize Chinese dietetic culture to every place in the world.The Franchise Business is accepted as a successful business model in the world. Now, no matter which country or region, or even in any economic environment or cultural background, Franchise has played a huge role, and its position is more and more important in the world economic development. Although the Franchise Business has been introduced before thirty years, it has a huge development. China’s old and famous company have a great jump while introducing into franchising, there is no good effect when China’s long-established company runs in other countries. Especially, There is a problem that how to keep their traits and the advantage of their particular brand while being accepted by the customers in other countries. So this paper mainly studies on how to build the security system of oversea franchise business of China’s long-established company and make Chinese old and famous restaurant company run successful in the world.This paper is divided into six parts, the first is the paper’s introduction, here it briefly describes the research background and significance, and then analyzes domestic and international development of franchising, finally describes the research methods and ideas; the second part is theoretical basis of the entire paper, mainly introduces the long-established enterprises, franchise and other related concepts; the third part analyzes the actuality of overseas franchise for the old and famous enterprises of China’s catering reasonably; the fourth part focuses on the mechanism of building the security system of overseas franchise business of long-established Chinese restaurant business; the fifth section presents the five kinds of safeguard measures, corresponding to the four issues summarized above, the last part is the conclusion of the paper, focusing primarily on the paper research and the need for further research topic.
