Abstract


Since reform and opening up, with the sustained rapid growth in national economy, China’s industrial restructuring has made remarkable achievements. The industrial structure tends to coordinate, furthermore to the direction of optimization and upgrading. However, as a large developing country, there are still many problems in industrial structure. Information technology and the new trends of economic globalization have brought important opportunities to the adjustment of industrial structure in the world wide. Countries in the world wide have accelerated their pace of upgrading industrial structure. They tend to center on the core elements like knowledge, information and technology to penetrate into all areas of social economy, development and correlation between new industries. Moreover, they cast a noticeable influence on the adjustment and evolution of the industrial structure of the world. Facing up to the rolling wave of information technology, it is whether China can take full advantage of the development opportunities and growth space formed due to global industrial restructure that increasingly become the focus of the academic circles. It also will directly determine the relative status of China in the division of the world labor. Therefore, it is bear theoretical and practical significance to explore China’s industrial restructure upgrading path by using combination of standardized and empirical methods to analysis the development status of China’s industrial structure, and analyzing information’s impact on the China’s three industry structure and equipment manufacturing industry..The idea of this dissertation based on the theories of industrial structure optimization, collecting and processing large amounts of data. It is very clearly to understand the arteries and veins of China’s evolvement of industrial structure then analyze and evaluate the situation of China’s industrial structure. Secondly, this article has been paid a great emphasis on correlation and regression analysis which based on establishes measurement economic model and use of SPSS 17.0 software. It has been concluded that information development has dramatic effect on the China’s three industrial structure and equipment manufacturing industries. Also, based on the quantitative analysis, we can draw a conclusion that information development has positive correlation with the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in China. The last chapter of this article has analysis and identified the development of China’s industrial structure layout and spatial distribution, and provides some suggestions on the acceleration of integration of information technology and industrialization, optimization and upgrading industrial structure.
