Abstract


The comprehensive budget management system is a major method of control is an operational budget, investment budget, capital budget, the budget profits, wages and the cost of budget and management budget for the integrated approach of the budget. Comprehensive budget management system of modern enterprise development and maturity plays a major role in promoting abroad the application is already quite popular, but in China’s development is still in the infancy stage, therefore, have greater value and development prospects.With the deepening of the postal reform and the rapid development of business, the postal department in charge of enterprises are aware of the importance of a comprehensive budget management, this article from the reality of the postal business, the first comprehensive budget management introduced the basic concepts, and the current postal the status of budget management business, combined with the development of enterprises in Shaanxi Post analysis of the status quo, focusing on a demonstration in Shaanxi Post enterprises need a comprehensive budget management and feasibility.
