Abstract


The lake resort is the typical type of tourism resort in our country. To utilize the lake resources and expand vacation is a main approach to develop holiday tour. As the development of our society,experience economic time is booming, the tourist’s requirement is tend to personalized. It is very important to concern the tourists’desire of experience in tourism process, so we need to pay more attention to satisfied the experience requirement in the development of lake resort.In this study, based on the previous results on tourism experience and tourist satisfaction, we proposed a modle and several hypothesises. The data and relatively information were collected from interview and questionnaire.Then use the statistic software of SPSS 16 to analyze the data. Principle components analysis show that the experience factors conclude five main components included environment, activity,ser- vice,facilities,emotional. Ground on this structural model, the experience factors show remarkable correlation to the satisfaction of tourist.The behavioral characteristics of tourists were also investigated through descriptive statistics, independent sample T test and variance analysis method. At last, we used the IPA rules scaled the management of the lake tourism resorts. The suggestions about the tourist experience of satisfaction management on the lake resorts are proposed at the end of the paper.
