Abstract


At present, the development of tourism is already included in the country’s strategy, the competition between provinces is fiercer in the tourism industry. Based on the target of building the great country of tourism. Many provinces proposed to construct the strong province of tourism.The main aim of this paper studies how to complete the theory of constructing the great province, and based on the theory of competitiveness, connecting with the economic peculiarities of the tourism among provinces.the establishment of the evaluation model of it, the empirical analysis of competitiveness of tourism in Liaoning province, the horizontal comparative analysis with the other provinces who owns the income located before 10, dissected the core issues of development in Liaoning province tourism, and offered the strategies of constructing the strong province in tourism industry.Research mainly involves the areas economics, tourism industries economics, and the other interrelated theories of tourism. The methods of analysis mainly involve comparative analysis, Delphi method, the level of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the combination of methods of research.The Paper is divided into general theory research and empirical research. In theory research,on the basis of the content of great tourism province and the economic features of province,the paper put forward a evaluation model of provincial tourism; construct the competitiveness of appraisal target system, through Delphi and quality analysis identified the combined index, the indicator system no longer with resources advantages to the criteria, but also avoid the economic interests as the greatest measure of standard.the continuous and comprehensive and balanced new competitive and competition policy. Empirical studies of Liaoning trip to the development stage of development on the status quo, summarizing and based on the theory part of appraisal target system of our tourism income,between ten provinces in quantitative assessing and horizontal analysis by contrast, the key issues of the development of Liaoning province, and proposes the constructions to the great Liaoning.
