Abstract


Developing Hainan international tourism island, a tourist destination with international competitiveness, is an important measure to accelerate the development of modern service industry and promote economic and social development in Hainan. Meanwhile, it has an important demonstration effect on Chinese economy structure adjustment. But, there are many problems in the construction process of Hainan international tourist island, especially in Hainan tourist soft environment. This thesis,‘Research on the soft environment construction of Hainan international tourist island’, tries to give reference for constructionFirst, this thesis has summarized the previous studies of soft environment and city brand and gain a comb. Based on previous studies, this paper combines soft environment and tourism, expands the connotation of tourist soft environment and builds the framework of tourist soft environment.Secondly, through questionnaire survey and analysis of online comments from tourists and travel agents this thesis finds the existing problems of Hainan tourism and travel agencies operating.Thirdly, based on the framework of soft environment building before, this thesis does a comparative study of world-renowned international tourist areas, in order to find the advantages and disadvantages of Hainan, and make soft environment construction standards and the specific measures.Finally, this thesis does a Hainan city brand strategic analysis for the problem of inadequate marketing, and based on this we propose Hainan city brand marketing strategies in the perspective of soft environment. Through the study, the authors believe that the construction of Hainan international tourist island and city brand strategies play an important role to enhance the image, status and attractiveness of Hainan.
