Abstract


Tianjin’development, as new economic growth point of Bohai economic circle, is strategic significance to north China as well as national economic development. In the critical period of the scientific development, harmonious development and leading development, to explore the new model, not only that is consistent with the requirements of scientific concept of development and takes Tianjin’s advantages, but also takes the lead development in the national economy, becomes the current issue in Tianjin and achieves the "Creating New Binhai, build new Tianjin, to achieve a new leap forward" development objectives of strategic initiatives. With the current complex and volatile international economic situation, Tianjin takes measures to actively respond to the crisis, so the overall economic is sound. However, some economic indicators of growth rate decline, especially in export-oriented, traditional manufacturing and labor-intensive enterprises has already advanced into the "winter". The international financial crisis highlights the change the mode of development and persistence to the scientific development. Therefore, we must put the scientific development outlook as the fundamental guiding principle of Tianjin’s development, to ensure growth as a primary task, to expand domestic demand as the fundamental way to ensure growth, to speed up the development and structural adjustment as the main direction of growth, to improve people’s livelihood as the starting point and ending point. Entrepreneurship economy, that bases knowledge as the core and changes in the economic development of resources and the environment rely heavily on traditional elements, will help to speed up the transformation of economic development mode to become the new engine of modern economic growth. Entrepreneurship economy can increase the income level of entrepreneurs and improve people’s livelihood and promote the effective consumption; entrepreneurial economy provides an innovative supply, develop new products to meet the potential demand. Entrepreneurship economy will bring the original and effective consumer and emerging markets, the potential consumption, both together to become a key initiative to expand domestic demand. Entrepreneurship economy achieves innovation-driven advances in technology, drives the implementation of employment, promotes the level of economic and maintains the harmonious society. The development of entrepreneurship economy would help to address changes in mode of economic development in Tianjin and enhance capability of independent innovation to address the impacts of urban and rural employment, Tianjin how issues related to scientific development, entrepreneurship economy will enhance the city’s own wealth creation capacity and promote regional economic development combination to achieve leapfrog development in Tianjin. In my paper, the theoretical study of entrepreneurship economy model, the analysis derived entrepreneurship economy in line with the inherent requirements of scientific development concept, combined with the development of entrepreneurship economy in Tianjin, study on starting the entrepreneurship system, improving entrepreneurship policies, creating the entrepreneurship culture, enterprising education, business incubation provision, increasing R&D investment, creativing venture financing and improving the level of entrepreneurship, in order to explore the characteristics of entrepreneurs with the Tianjin-based economic development path, leap in Tianjin entrepreneurial level and level of economic development.
