Nowadays, with economic globalization, multinational business has become the inevitable choice of Chinese enterprises to grow and develop in globalized world economy. Jiangxi Province, located in deep inland, faces large-scale access of numerous world multinational corporations. The domestic competition has been internationalized, the business environment of enterprises been more complex, and the competition been more fierce. In the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the central government clearly comes up with "going out" strategy, does a better job in opening up by combination of "bringing in" and "going out", actively participates in international economic and technological cooperation and competition in a greater scope and more fields, makes the most of both markets and resources at home and abroad to promote reformation and development by opening up. The current situation requires not only the rapid development of foreign trade in Jiangxi Province but great encouragement for multinational business of enterprises by making the most of competitive industries of Jiangxi Province. How to change the current situation, namely, Jiangxi enterprises of small scale, low standard and core competitiveness, cultivate a group of Jiangxi multinational enterprises of self-owned brand, outstanding major works, strong core competitive ability have become the urgent theoretical and realistic topic laying in front of us.The thesis is divided into six chapters. On the basis of multinational business strategic theory, the thesis starts with analyses of economic growth stages and dominant strategic elements of Jiangxi Province, clarifies the multinational business necessity of Jiangxi enterprises and multinational business method that suits characteristics of Jiangxi enterprises. Then the thesis particularly analyzes the current situations, features, existing problems and countermeasures of multinational business of Jiangxi enterprises. It takes multinational business of Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd as an example, does preliminary analyses for characteristics of its development patterns and multinational business.Multinational business of Jiangxi Province referred in this thesis, as the inevitable choice on development stage of Jiangxi economy, is an extension from inward internationalization to outward internationalization; by making the most of favorable strategic elements, Jiangxi enterprises can develop multinational business with the advantage of backwardness; to rapidly develop multinational business of Jiangxi enterprises, the government should support enterprises in aspects of macro policy system, financial amount and risk prevention mechanism, while enterprises should play the principal role to develop self-owned brand and cultivate talents and expand actual strength by unity.
