Abstract


The content abstract since on century 90’s, the whole world marched into the new economical time, the new economy is different with former agricultural economy and the industry economy time one kind of new economic form obviously, it take the global integration and the knowledge economy as the main characteristic, take the networking as the important propelling force, changed the global business survival and the development environment rapidly.The small and medium-sized enterprise is in our country national economy life is a noticeable important strength, while promoting the national economy to grow, the expansion labor employment, the increase financial revenue, and the stable social peaceful grade aspect plays the significant role. But as the small and medium-sized enterprise scaled small, the layout disperses, the market competitive power is weak, internalizes, the domestic competition internationalization tendency strengthening faced with the international competition country, the small and medium-sized enterprise survival and the development is facing a bigger challenge. How to improve the small and medium-sized enterprise slightly, disperses the weak question, promotes its competitive power, and is the small and medium-sized enterprise should focus on.Therefore, the small and medium-sized enterprise must draw support from exterior resources, enhances their own competitive power through the resources optimization and the reorganization. This is the small and medium-sized enterprise organization transformation. To Our country Small and medium-sized enterprise, the organization transforms oneself to become enhances the current benefit and the core competitive power crucial factor, has become the small and medium-sized enterprise to be supposed now the compatible strategy which increases to the environmental variation and the management complexity adopts, simultaneously, the enterprise strategic target realization also needs to provide the powerful support through the organization transformation.The article utilization organization innovation theory, take the small and medium-sized enterprise development as the object of study, divides into two parts to carry on the elaboration. The first part from the first chapter to the fourth chapter, first stated the research significance, next introduced briefly domestic and foreign organizes the theory summary about the current enterprise which transforms, then analyzed the domestic and foreign small and medium-sized enterprise development success to experience and to inspire, finally has carried on the thorough analysis to the present the small and medium-sized enterprise development present situation, proposed in the small and medium-sized enterprise development existed question in our country. The second part from the fifth chapter to the seventh chapter unified the actual case to discuss transformation problem in the small and medium-sized enterprise the organization. First, introduced Kunming ZhongFu co, Ltd and its survey, then trust display demonstration limited develop present situation carries on the analysis in view of the company. In this foundation, the article proposed from this enterprise interior and the enterprise exterior two aspects the organization transforms the method and the strategy, proposed adapts the corresponding underlying tissues with it to transform:"Resources sharing" model and organization culture innovation theory; Exterior organization transforms the theory is:Between the enterprise forms the strategic alliance, the construction "the hypothesized enterprise" the model and constitutes the small and medium-sized enterprise network organization. The power and the resistance which finally aims at in the organization transforms has which the influence organization to transform the factor, the organization transforms proposed solves the question countermeasure.This article is for the purpose of profiting from the domestic and foreign small and medium-sized enterprise organization innovation the experience and the method, through to the small and medium-sized enterprise development advancement in the present situation and the question analysis, the relation research enterprise’s reality, the pattern which transforms to the small and medium-sized enterprise organization carries on the discussion, attempts to explore the way and method to promotes the small and medium-sized enterprise competitive power.
