Abstract


With the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapid development of modern science and technology, the threats and challenges brought by changing market environment for enterprise is increasing, in order to improve the market share and core competitiveness, the enterprise just need to adopt the coordinated management thoughts to realize the effective integration of enterprises resources. To the complex product reflected the national comprehensive strength and the national economic security, the competition among enterprises is changing to different supply chain, this trend has prompted complex product manufacturing enterprises to pay attention to the information resource integration, real-time collaborative knowledge sharing of supply chain, thus the research to the supply chain coordination mechanism and collaborative performance measure is also important.Based on analyzing the research status for supply chain coordination mechanism and collaborative performance and investigating the enterprise supply chain system, The paper systematically researched the complex product manufacturing enterprise supply chain coordination mechanism, built the system of supply chain coordination performance evaluation index system and adopt the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to performance evaluation. Firstly, the paper analyzed and studied status for supply chain coordination mechanism and the collaborative performance, definite the paper studies ideas and research methods. Secondly, it defined the complex products and supply chain coordination connotation and constructs a supply chain coordination model using system research methods, studies income distribution mechanism, information sharing mechanism, trust mechanism and incentive mechanism and the coupling relationship in the research of the income distribution mechanism, this paper also introduced the theory of ideological and establishes Shaply game model, Then analyzed the key factors of complex products manufacturing enterprises supply chain coordination and the hierarchical relationships between them using complex structure model, and based on SCOR supply chain operation model and the key factors, built the supply chain coordination performance evaluation index system, Then used grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the synergy. Finally, based on DFXQ Company for performance evaluation, and according to the evaluation results, from the Angle of optimizing supply chain coordination mechanism, formulated measures to improve supply chain coordination performance.Through the study, this paper has basically completed the research for complex products manufacturing enterprise supply chain coordination mechanism and collaborative performance, and provided some new ideas and methods to optimize Supply chain coordination mechanism and improve supply chain coordination performance,It also has important theoretical values and guiding role for improving the core competitive power of enterprises and enhance market share.
