Abstract

ObjectiveTo provide the anatomic data for the dynamic MRI imaging diagnosis of knee joint illness, the character of anatomic structure and the regularity of changes on the section of knee joint’s structures at different functional positions were observed and compared to the corresponding dynamic MRI; To provide three-dimensional morphologic bases for (the computer assistant) arthrosis surgical navigation planning, a three-dimensional visuali zation model of knee joint at different functional positions was established, and three-dimensional spatial stations and the relations of knee joint’s structures in movement were reconstructed.Methods1. We chose 15 fresh adult knee samples without obvious genual diseases ( 5 examples of extended position,5 examples of flexed 45 degrees position, 5 examples of flexed 90 degrees position ), embed the samples of different functional positions with 5% blue glutin, and obtained 0.5mm sample by mill cuts technology at low temperature condition.2. Each set of continuous slice topography data of knee joint’s structures at different functional positions was collected at random, these topographies were registering precisely and transformed format, then were controlled studied with corresponding MRI images.3. Sixty adult volunteer without obviously knee joint’s illness were measured and scaned 2.0mm images with no space on MRI SE-T1 diffusion weighted imaging, TR500ms,TE15ms .The length and thickness of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament from extended position to flexed position were measured ,and the changes of knee-cap were observed.4. After being recognized and segmented by the Photoshop software, data of each important part of knee joint’s structures at different functional positions including anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, meniscus medialis , meniscus lateralis, patella, tibia and
